BG Group subsidiary QGC has assumed operational control of the Queensland Curtis LNG mega-project from Bechtel Australia and has met pre-conditions for pipeline the sale of its QCLNG gas pipeline from its Train 1 equity partner, the China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC).
