Byron gets going again after Hurricane Zeta

US GULF of Mexico producer Byron Energy has resumed production at its South March Island G2 Sidetrack well in the US Gulf, after abandoning operations in the lead up to Hurricane Zeta, the sixth storm to cross the gulf this season.

Byron reached total depth at SMG2 at the beginning of last month after logging 280 gross feet of hydrocarbons across the target O Sand and 7" casing was run to bottom and cemented.
