Having established in Perth in 1966, Downing Teal is now firmly established as a leading international recruitment consultancy for the mining, oil and gas and construction industries. In Australia, we have offices in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Gladstone. Overseas, Downing Teal offices exist in Denver, Houston, Calgary, Santiago and Lima. In Perth, we require an additional consultant for each of the above three industry sectors. In each case, candidates must possess line or senior human resources experience in the particular industry. Downing Teal’s business model is to utilise consultants with an excellent industry knowledge in order to best advise our clients.

Very little “cold selling” is required, but our consultants are expected to be able to develop client relationships through quality work and a keen understanding of client requirements.

Our remuneration model is to pay attractive salaries and share profits with our employees, thus focusing on long term results.
