PRIME Minister Malcolm Turnbull's recent announcement of a $1 billion Clean Energy Innovation Fund and commitment to retain the Clean Energy Finance Corporation as well as the Australian Renewable Energy Agency has raised concerns among organisations in the clean energy space.
