Indigenous groups buy into solar farm 

CARNEGIE Clean Energy has signed an agreement with government agency Indigenous Business Australia and the Perth Noongar Foundation to be equity investors in the Western Australia's first merchant utility solar farm in Northam, 100km northeast of Perth.

The two groups have signed a binding terms sheet for a 50% share in the 10 megawatt Northam solar farm with Carnegie retaining the other 50%, though how the IBA and PNF will split their share is not known. ...
