Total moves swiftly on CEO

FRENCH oil and gas major Total SA has moved swiftly to replace chairman and CEO Christophe de Margerie, who was killed on Tuesday in Moscow after his Dassault Falcon private jet collided with a snow plough driven by a man authorities allege was drunk.
