Linc liquidators in legal challenge

THE liquidator of failed Australian UCG concern Linc Energy is trying to relieve the company of the responsibility for cleaning up the massive toxic plume associated with its Chinchilla pilot.

Peter Bond’s Linc, which ran the Darling Downs plant between 2007 and 2013, is being blamed for the levels of pollution that have contaminated prime farmland in Queensland.
