Kongsberg to supply control, safety system to FPSO

KONGSBERG Maritime Engineering is delivering an integrated control and safety system for the BW Offshore Catcher floating production storage offloading vessel.

The contract follows BW Offshore signing a lease and operate contact with Premier Oil and its joint venture partners for an FPSO to operate on the Catcher oil field in the UK North Sea.
