Having the two conferences in the same week, APEC on May 27-30 and SEAAOC on May 30-June 1, will allow delegates at each event to network at the top level.

SEAAOC will feature Northern Territory Chief Minister Clare Martin, Federal Minister for Industry and Resources Ian Macfarlane, East Timor Prime Minister Jose Ramos-Horta, Taiwan’s Minister for Economic Affairs Steve Ruey-long Chen, Peru’s Minister of Energy and Mines Juan Valdivia Romero, several other government leaders and many leading petroleum executives and experts.

SEAAOC will be held at the Holiday Inn Esplanade, Darwin. The event opens at 9am with half-day workshops. A welcome reception hosted by Martin will be held poolside at SkyCity, Darwin.
