OPEC castle under siege

AN OLD friend of Slugcatcher once told him that in a war it's the people circling a castle who have more fun than those stuck inside, and while the oil industry is not on a war footing there are certainly two distinct camps; the entrenched and the innovative.

The entrenched are those oil producers stuck in a castle of conventional oil and gas led by members of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries and a few others with big oil and gas
