Victorian government to drill offshore CCS appraisal well

THE Victorian state government is investigating the carbon capture and storage potential of the offshore Gippsland Basin and has submitted applications to the National Offshore Petroleum Safety Environmental Management authority to drill an appraisal well in Block VIC-GIP-002.
