AIM-listed Black Rock Oil & Gas has boosted its corporate back end as it prepares to lift its activity levels, recently appointing a UK broker and advisor.
The company said it had appointed Nabarro Wells & Co Limited as Nominated Advisor and Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited as Broker to the Company with immediate effect.
The company is in the process of recapitalising itself with a new management team and new exploration prospects.
