More oilers in green sin bin

LONON-listed oil explorers Cairn Energy and Soco International have joined the green sin bin, being reported to UK regulators for allegedly failing to tell investors enough about the risks that climate change poses to their businesses, while the ExxonMobil probe in the US is now an issue of securities fraud.
