US to become net gas exporter in two years

THE threat of US LNG exports to Australia's higher cost industry look likely to ramp up in a big way, with the Energy Information Administration projecting them to continue growing beyond 2017 when the EIA says the US will transition from a modest net importer of natural gas to a net exporter.
