Key opens door to the Canning

KEY Petroleum has picked up stakes in five onshore permits in the increasingly prospective Canning Basin from Empire Oil & Gas.

In return, Key will issue Empire with 52 million shares, or about 19% of Key, making Empire the single largest shareholder in Key.
