Jamie Hamilton has resigned as a director of Impress Ventures.

Shell New Zealand has announced Royal Dutch Shell veteran Paul Zealand is to replace retiring Shell Todd Oil Services boss Chris Beath. Zealand is currently the Brent Area asset leader in Shell UK Expro and one of his responsibilities is improving Expro's organisational effectiveness.

The founding chief executive of natural gas utility Envestra, Ollie Clark, is retiring and will be replaced by the group's chief financial officer, Ian Little.

Green power producer Energy Developments has announced the appointment of Linda Constable to the board. Ms Constable has over 16 years experience in the energy industry and is currently the chairman of Orion NZ Ltd.
