Robert Carroll, Hardman Resources; Edythe Parkinson-Marcoux, Southern Pacific Petroleum; Michael Wirth, Caltex Australia; Terry Salotti, Eagle Bay Resources; Brad Page, Energy Supply Association of Australia.

Hardman Resources has appointed Robert Carroll to the board as a non-executive director. Carroll is a qualified accountant with over 30 years experience in the resources industry including 21 years as a senior finance executive with Woodside Petroleum where he was chief financial officer until 2002.

Edythe Parkinson-Marcoux has resigned as a director of Southern Pacific Petroleum and its various subsidiary companies.

Michael Wirth has resigned as a director of Caltex Australia. Wirth was recently appointed president, Global Supply & Trading at ChevronTexaco in San Ramon and, as a result of his appointment to this role, he has decided to step down from his board position.

The board of Eagle Bay Resources has accepted the resignation of Terry Salotti as a director of the company.

Brad Page has been appointed the foundation chief executive of the Energy Supply Association of Australia as the revamped ESAA prepares to become the peak body representing the domestic energy supply industry at its leadership level.

Simon Race has been appointed National Oil & Gas Manager for the Willis Insurance Group, which has opened a branch in Perth.
