Dr Ken Tregonning, a former managing director and chief executive officer of Carnarvon Petroleum, has resigned from the board of the company.

Max Ould has been appointed as a director of The Australian Gas Light company. Ould was previously the managing director and chief executive officer of National Foods and chief executive officer of Peters Foods.

Former Australian Industrial Relations Commissioner John O'Conner and local government chief executive Charlotte Stockwell have joined the board of Western Power.

Arrow Energy has appointed Nicholas Davies as chief operating officer. Davies has 24 years of oil and gas industry experience gained in North America, Europe and throughout Asia.
