NT releases fraccing inquiry implementation plan 

NORTHERN Territory Chief Minister Michael Gunner has just released the Hydraulic Fracturing Implementation Plan, which will implement the earlier scientific inquiry into fraccing that was overseen by Justice Rachel Pepper earlier this year.
