Major safety inspection at Gorgon to go ahead next week 

THE state  government will send safety inspectors to Chevron Corporation's Gorgon LNG facility on Barrow Island next week after workers discovered massive cracks in critical propane kettles, which unions say endanger the lives of workers and could threaten gas production.
