VICTORIAN WorkSafe has been described as “neglecting its duty” after it was revealed that the health and safety regulator would not charge EnergyAustralia over the death of a worker at the Yallourn Power station in 2018.

In November 2018 Graeme Edwards, 54, was fatally injured after reinstalling a high-voltage circuit breaker on one of the plant's four generation units.
