Broken leg at Woodside FPSO after off-book modifications

THE offshore petroleum safety regulator is becoming increasingly concerned over dangerous lifting operations across industry after issuing a safety notice to Woodside Petroleum over a lifting accident which saw a worker’s leg broken.
