Speculation has surrounded the drilling of the high impact Nyuni-1 well in offshore Tanzania but the company has said in previous announcements that the target depth had not yet been reached and results would be available when the well had been logged.

The stock has run heavily in the run up to the drilling and the lack of buying support may point to a negative result coming from the well.

Bounty executives were unavailable for comment this morning.
