Beach builds new Cooper Basin pipeline

Beach’s partner in Callawonga, Cooper Energy, said the 47km pipeline would help mitigate any trucking downtime due to weather.

Long lead items have been procured, with installation of the 5-inch glass reinforced epoxy (GRE) to start next week.

The pipeline is expected to be operational by this December.

Crude from Callawonga, Christies and Silver Sands will continue to be trucked to Tantanna and Moomba until the pipeline is operational.
