OMV, Todd Energy, Mitsui E&P, Mont D'Or Resources and Kiwi junior Greymouth Petroleum have been announced as the winners in New Zealand's Block Offer 2015, on the same day Todd and Cue Energy Resources spudded the last exportation well of the year.
