ACCC takes EnergyAustralia to court over misleading market

AUSTRALIAN Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has filed a lawsuit against EnergyAustralia in the federal court for allegedly breaching the Electricity Retail Code and the Australian Consumer Law on impending price-change notifications.
