Karoon screens M&A opportunities as net profit surges

OFFSHORE oil producer Karoon Energy’s managing director has told Energy News the company is seeking potential acquisition opportunities in the US Gulf of Mexico deepwater following reporting its net profit after tax (NPAT) of US$145.9 million in the financial year of 2023 (FY23).
