DESPITE Germany's speed in installing Floating Storage and Regasification Units in less than a year after Russia invaded Ukraine, Europe has moved slowly and apprehensively in signing long-term LNG offtake agreements. This sluggishness is now evaporating, according to LNG suppliers.
