Derrick OKeeffe into Arc; Roger Vines out of Woodside; David Scoffham into New Zealand Oil & Gas;...

Arc has promoted former asset manager Derrick O'Keeffe to general manager of the company. As asset manager O'Keeffe has been responsible for the fast-track commercialisation of the Hovea and Eremia discoveries.

Roger Vines has retired from the board of Woodside Petroleum effective 30 June 2003. Mr Vines' retirement was foreshadowed in the chairman's address to shareholders at the company's AGM on 15 April 2003.

New Zealand Oil & Gas has appointed David Scoffham as an additional director of the company. Scoffham recently took up residence in New Zealand following over 30 years international experience in the oil industry including experience in Egypt, Gabon, Oman and Venezuela with Shell.

Ian Woodward has resigned as a director of NGC Holdings and Greg Hayes has been appointed to the resulting casual vacancy. Mr Hayes is AGL's chief financial officer and was previously the CFO, Australia & New Zealand, with Westfield Group.

Charles J Jamieson has resigned as a director from AWE with effect from July 1, 2003. At the same time Richard M Griffin, previously the alternate director for Jamieson, has been appointed as an independent director.
