Monarch into Anzoil; AMP out of Tap; Barclays into Santos; David Teplitzky, Marcus Titley, Rodney Harris, Norman Coldham-Fussell and Alan Scott into Hitec; Christopher Hart, James Willis, Andrew Rigg, Warwick Bisley and Walter Dewe into Methanol Australia.

Following an issue by Anzoil NL Monarch Resources has increased its shareholding to 24,000,000 ordinary shares. However, the company's percentage holding has decreased from 19.73% to 19.56%.

AMP has decreased its shareholding in Tap Oil from 14.22% to 13.15%.

The Barclays Group has become a substantial shareholder in Santos acquiring a 5.01% interest or 29,203,007 ordinary shares.

In a range of moves at Hitec Energy David Teplitzky has acquired 1,000,000 unlisted options; Marcus Hugh Titley, Rodney Harris have acquired another 125,000 ordinary shares each for $5,000; Norman Coldham-Fussell has directly and indirectly acquired a total of 250,000 ordinary shares for a consideration of $10,000 and Alan Scott purchased 125,000 ordinary shares and 1,500,000 unlisted options at an exercise price of 7.6 cents.

A number of changes have also occurred at Methanol Australia. Christopher Hart acquired 324,377 shares, 324,377 30/6/2004 options, 324,377 30/9/2005 options; James Willis acquired 149,792 shares, 149,792 30/6/2004 options, 149,792 30/9/2005 options; Andrew Rigg purchased 31,539 shares, 31,539 30/6/2004 options, 31,539 30/9/2005 options; Warwick Bisley purchased 93,620 shares, 93,620 30/6/2004 options, 93,620 30/9/2005 options; Walter Dewe 915,673 shares, 149,792 30/6/2004 options, 149,792 30/9/2005 options.
