The 20-year, 16-tranches loans will allow TTMC to complete its onshore and offshore pipeline projects and have them transporting natural gas as early as early 2005. The 425 million cubic feet per day gas separation plant will be completed in December 2005 with first LPG scheduled for January 2006.

The TTMC project was actually supposed to begin operations in 2002 but for opposition from local residents and environmentalists.
