Currently, China Aviation Oil operates an aviation oil sales network in around 100 airports in China and serves about 108 Chinese and international airlines.

China Aviation Oil will share control the company, while PetroChina Group and Sinopec Group will be main stockholders.

“Through the restructuring, China’s aviation oil resources will be further integrated to sharpen the international competitive edge of domestic aviation oil supply enterprises and strengthen their anti-risk ability after the aviation oil market is opened,” said China Aviation general manager corporation culture Pu Guangji.
