Phil Mulacek has acquired 66,842 CDI's in InterOil at $3.48 for a total consideration of $232,430.38.

Director Anthony Barton has cut his substantial interest in Amity Oil from 15,979,735 shares (10.06%) to 12,979,735 (8.17%) for a consideration of $3,729,372.

Portfolio Partners has cut its interest in Australian Worldwide Exploration from 26,796,749 shares (12.24%) to 23,612,357 shares (10.78%).

AMP has cut its interest in Tap Oil from 20,389,198 shares (13.15%) to 18,199,042 shares (11.65%).
