QGC makes $895M offer for Sunshine

QUEENSLAND Gas Company has made an offer for fellow coal seam methane player Sunshine Gas that values Sunshine at up to $895 million.

Sunshine shareholders will be offered their choice of either five QGC shares for every eight Sunshine shares they own (valuing Sunshine at $837 million) or $1.
