Dart's Apollo bid on track

DART Energy, the spin-off of Arrow's international assets after the company's takeover by Royal Dutch Shell and PetroChina, is on track in its off-market takeover bid for CSG minnow Apollo Gas, a senior Dart executive said.

"The offer has been produced and the offer period will be open until December 2," Dart chief executive officer Simon Potter told PNN.
