Queensland gets proactive on skills shortage

A REPORT into Queensland's coal seam gas industry is recommending extensive planning and adequate training investment to ensure there are enough workers to support the burgeoning sector.

The CSG/LNG Workforce Plan report released by construction industry body Construction Skills Queensland found more than 9000 workers would be needed in the industry over the next four years.
