Eden calls Amadeus on funding

PRIVATELY held Eden Petroleum Investments 2010, the US subsidiary of Eden Petroleum, has rejected suggestions it was unable to obtain the financing it needed during its earlier attempt at acquiring Amadeus Energy and was considering making a second attempt.

Eden director Nick Bradley told EnergyNewsBulletin the company felt Amadeus had not been completely forthcoming and that more than one of its Australian Securities Exchange announcements was somewhat misleading....
