Laing O'Rourke to work on Wheatstone

LAING O'Rourke has won a contract to provide more than $500 million in major structural engineering and civil works for Chevron's LNG Wheatstone Project on Western Australia' Pilbara coast.

The contract will directly employ up to 700 people.

It will involve Laing O'Rourke providing cranes, structures and foundations; 127,000 cubic metres of concrete and paving; and 194,000cu.
