AFTER 11 days the Oil Search board has flatly rejected Woodside Petroleum's one-for-four all-scrip offer, a move that has left Woodside "surprised and disappointed" and Oil Search saying there is absolutely nothing that Perth-based Woodside could bring to the table that the Papua New Guinea-focused company could not do for itself.
