Pryme founders criticised

THE new management team at Pryme Energy has criticised founders Justin Pettett and Ryan Messer for making themselves redundant and exposing the company to massive redundancy costs after sinking millions into the "failed" Capitola oil project in Texas.

New chairman Stephen Mitchell wrote in the company's quarterly report, his first since taking over earlier this month, that the previous board offered nearly $1 million in redundancies with $818K remaining...
