Robert Annells has acquired 2,000,000 fully paid shares in Lakes Oil for $44,000.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has cut its interest in Novus Petroleum from 13,362,544 ordinary shares (7.26%) to 11,375,648 ordinary shares (6.18%).

Bruno Camarri has purchased another 250,000 shares in Advanced Energy Systems for a consideration of $50,853.30.

Acorn Capital has increased its interest in Cooper Energy from 7,316,000 ordinary shares (8.61%) to 8,563,759 ordinary shares (10.08%).

James McFarland has acquired 11,742 ordinary shares in Southern Pacific Petroleum.

Richard Elliott has converted 1,000,000 Arc Energy employee options, by payment $0.25 cents per share. As a part of this transaction, Elliott sold 284,540 fully paid shares for $0.95 cents per share.

Phil Mulacek has purchased 3,900 CDI's in Interoil at $2.90 for a total consideration of $11,434.41.
