A SCOTTISH Greens MP has dismissed plans to convert coal to gas in the estuary of Scotland's River Forth as not in the national interest despite a new Cluff Natural Resources report claiming the process could generate billions of pounds for the UK economy, at a time when the country badly needs energy security.
