Territory minister for Trade, Business and Asian Relations Robyn Cahill said the conflict in Iran – paired with NT's ample land availability, growing energy supply from gas in the Beetaloo Basin and abundant water resources – acted as a draw card for data centre developers who were previously eyeing plots in the Middle East.
