Oil major Shell ramps up Australian renewables investment

SHELL Australia has upped its investment in Australian renewable energy projects announcing it will own and operate a 500MW and 1000MWh big battery in central New South Wales and had bought a 50% stake in a 370MW hybrid wind solar and battery storage project in Western Australia.
