FORMER Shell chairman Sir Mark Moody-Stuart has criticised energy companies for their "distressing" lack of progress on climate change just days after this week's call by Europe's six biggest oil and gas companies as ineffective and hollow at a dinner hosted in London by the Carbon Trust this week.
