SPC, Cue spud Indonesian well

PETROCHINA subsidiary Singapore Petroleum Company has spudded the Naga Utara-1 well in the Mahakam Hilir production sharing contract in the Kutei Basin of Indonesia's East Kalimantan province.

Partner Cue Energy said the well would be drilled to a total depth of 5500 feet and it is expected to take about 30 days to complete if production testing is carried out. The Naga Utara prospect lies...
