Shell considers North Sea exit

ANGLO-DUTCH oiler Shell is reportedly mulling over quitting the North Sea, despite recent tax reductions offered by the Cameron government, and the former boss of UK oiler Centrica Energy is being named as a likely buyer of its portfolio.
