Lakes Oil PNG exploration settlement delayed again

THE ongoing legal proceedings over a petroleum prospecting licence dispute between a subsidiary of Australia’s Lakes Oil and Papua New Guinea’s minister for petroleum and energy has been deferred until next month after the changes in government.
