Carnegie still navigating rough seas

IT'S been a choppy few months for wave energy specialist Carnegie Clean Energy with a share price fall, questions over whether it can meet the Western Australian government's deadline for a wave farm, changes to the R&D tax laws impacting its finances and abilities, failure sell off of its unprofitable subsidiary and a slew of resignations.

  But it is putting a brave face on some things while eliding other issues, like resignations.    In the quarter it did acheive its first milestone under its €1 million Enel Green Power collaboration...
