Shell to face Dutch prosecution over OPL 245

OIL giant Shell will be dragged into another court case relating to its former OPL245 license in Nigeria, after the Dutch Public Prosecutor's Office advised the company it was nearing the end of an extensive investigation into corruption allegations and intended to commence proceedings against the supermajor.
